Your right under California law to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — and what World Plush Inc actually does today.

What follows is a structural outline. An empty section means the clause is awaiting counsel for World Plush Inc, and until then it constitutes no promise. Questions to support@plushitos.com.
The short version
World Plush Inc does not sell your personal information, and does not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is nothing to opt out of today, because we do not do the thing this page lets you opt out of. We publish this page anyway because California's CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to say no, and because we would rather tell you plainly what we do than make you guess.
What we do not do
We do not sell your name, email, address, order history, browsing history, or any identifier to anyone. We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics vendors. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising pixels on this site. We do not place cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookies we use are a session cookie (so your cart works) and, if you turn it on, a consent cookie that remembers your analytics and personalisation choices.
What we do that is not a sale
We pass your shipping address and order details to the carrier and to our payment provider so that you can pay and receive what you bought. That is a service provider relationship, not a sale. If you arrive through a creator's link, we may credit that creator for your purchase during the same visit. That credit uses an internal code, not your identity, and is not shared with the creator beyond an aggregate count.
If this ever changes
If we ever start selling or sharing personal information in the way the law defines it, we will update this page before we begin, add a working opt-out control here, and honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser — which we already treat as an opt-out today.
Your other rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, from the Privacy Center on your account page. You can also write to support@plushitos.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
